  • As soon as all required paperwork is filled out and all listing pictures are sent to our contact email, we can have your listing activated within 24 hours.

  • We will make sure your contact information is provided under the Broker Remarks so that buyer agents know to contact you, the seller, and not us.

    If we receive calls about your listing, we will forward those voicemails, emails, texts, etc., along with the lead's contact information as soon as possible.

    *This is excluded for listings with the Gold Package. We will handle all leads for you.*

  • All we need is your expected closing date and the buyer agent’s full name! When your home closes, we’ll need you to send us your Settlement Statement so that we can close out your listing and stay within compliance with the MLS board.
