Carri Ray saved us THOUSANDS of dollars when we sold our house. We wanted to sell our house "For Sale By Owner", but knew that this would not get us on multi-list., which means no one would know our house was for sale. That's what I love about Trinity properties; they offer the best of both worlds. They listed our property on MLS, gave us a realtors lock box and sign, for LOW flat rate. The lockbox allowed realtors to show our house. We had a contract in one week! We paid the buyers realtor the standard 3%. We paid Trinity properties $350, instead of the standard 3%. After listing with another realtor for several months, my husband & I decided to list our home FSBO. We found out about Trinity Properties & were excited to have their help with keeping our property listed in the MLS system for a small flat fee. In today's market, one has to have a strong online presence in order to get noticed. Trinity Properties worked quickly to have all of our property's photos & details uploaded.
